Serving at the altar of the Lord is a beautiful way for young men to assist their parish and discern a potential vocation to the priesthood. Young men are able to serve as soon as they've received their First Holy Communion. We utilize altar servers for all of our Masses, Wednesday night Benediction, weddings, funerals, and other liturgies. Because serving at the altar is a tremendous act of service to one's community, we sign off on service hours for our servers as well. 

Training for altar serving is slotted to take place this summer for all potential new altar servers. Altar servers will learn how to serve in varying circumstances and liturgies as a part of this continual training! Contact either Father Sean or our Director of Religious Education to add yourself to the interest list for summer training!
